CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- A high school baseball pitcher and catcher are under investigation for possibly conspiring to hit an umpire with a pitch.

Video of the incident during the game last weekend shows Stephens County catcher Matt Hill ducking at the last second and the pitch striking umpire Jeff Scott in the face mask. Scott was uninjured.

The link contains the video. Looks like it was intentional to me!!!

When umps are callin strike zones for 1 team like a beachtowel and the other like a basketball maybe its time to call the high fastball catcher collapse.

i did this in high school when i was catching to.....ump almost ejected me for framing pitches, so i went out and told the pitcher to throw a high fastball and i was going to think curve was coming....

the ump was to ****in stupid and all he said was i needed to start protecting him. it just hit him in the shoulder though
