Here's a receiver i haven't seen mentioned....what about Jeremy Maclin? Missouris receiver...he looks like he could be a good one....as you all may or may not know by now,i'm all about gutting our team and completely rebuilding from scratch and from the inside out,but some of you are wantin to throw Crabtree's name out there as a receiver we must have...what about this kid from Missouri....he&Chase Daniel are lighting teams up....so what about him as a possible receiver for us if he just happens to fall in our lap come next years draft?

Reminds me ALOT of Ted Ginn if you ask me.

He's better than Ted Ginn IMO....

The best WR we can get our hands on in '09 is Derrick Williams of Penn St.....I also like Demetrius Byrd / LSU.....

actually hes a redshirt sophomore so he is draft eligible. hes better than ginn, along with harvin, and jackson as these speedsters actually have some wiggle in their game. crabtree is the best wr prospect since calvin though

ginns problem is his hips aren't taht wiggle esque if that makes any sense. he doesnt have that change of direction hips but more of a whole body type.

If he was available in the 2nd, I'm sure he would be very hard to pass up. But we have bigger problems to address in the first. Namely at CB and LB.

We just have to wait until the 2010 draft, when we can select Arrelious Benn.

GO ILLINI!!!!!
