Right now scrolling accross the bottom of the screen on sports center it says Brady has had some set backs with his rehab and may have to have more surgery that could cost him the 09 season. Don't have a link but it is going accross the screen right now??

Confirmed. Just saw it too.

The report is saying Brady may need more surgery that could cost him the 2009 season.

I believe only if Brady stays or goes right on IR.

Brady will be in trouble if he misses two seasons...

Holy crap!!! Did I actually see something before all you guys. That is the first time ever. I didn't think it was possible. Most of the time I go to break some news I get on here and there are 12 threads that were just started on the same subject 20 seconds before I got to write something.
So it is true what my mother has been saying all these years. I'm "special". LOL

NE is trying to increase the trade value of Cassel by making it seem as though Brady will not be coming back. Here is a link to rotoworld:

Brady's rehab progressing as expected

http://www.boston.com/sports/football/patriots/articles/2008/12/29/bradys_rehab_progressing_as_expected/

NBCSports.com (http://nbcsports.com/) reported yesterday that Tom Brady is "well behind schedule" in his rehab from October surgery to repair his torn left ACL and MCL. The article also cited a league source who said the ACL and MCL remain "loose" and could require a second surgery that could force Brady to miss the 2009 season.

However, league sources and sources close to Brady quickly dismissed the report as inaccurate. They said the infection appears to have cleared and Brady's rehab is progressing as expected, though the infection caused a lengthy initial delay.
