OK, lets do a new mock!

1. Duke Robinson G Oklahoma- Shores up a position of need for us and really improves our rushing attack. Easily the best guard in college football, gives us a very formidable OL with Long, Robinson, Satele, Smiley, Carey.

2a. Clint Sintim OLB Virginia- think he's the pick here, and i have a hunch if he makes it past KC he'll be there for us. I know a lot of people are drinking the Cameron Wake Kool-Aid and i really hope he performs, but Joey Porter is still on the wrong side of 30, and he was our only real pass rushing threat, Sintim and Wake give us a pass rushing tandem for years to come.

2b. Sean Smith S/CB Utah- he's a versatile DB with nice size at 6'3'' 214. He's likely not fast enough to be a CB at the next level, but should be able to hold his own at FS while giving us a serviceable emergency CB.

3. Pat White QB/WR WVU- before you stop reading, let me explain. Pat White is the kind of player the Miami Dolphins need. He's a guy who is willing to do anything to win. He can play multiple positions and if used properly can give defenses fits. He isnt nearly as flashy as Michael Vick but is just as good of a runner and is an incredibly efficient passer with a completion percentage over 60% and 21TD's to 7INT's last year. He makes our wildcat offense even more potent and can play WR, QB or even RB in the right situation. he's an offensive swiss army knife.

4. Jasper Brinkley ILB South Carolina- If Crowder leaves our ILB's become scary thin. Even with Crowder depth is an issue. Brinkley is coming off a bad knee injury two years ago, but regained some of his form this season. He has a beastly frame and is super athletic, in round 4 he could pay off and be a big surprise.

5. Davon Drew TE East Carolina- He's known as a blocker but put up solid receiving numbers in 2008 with 43 grabs for 695 yards and 3 scores. Not the sexiest name at TE, but should provide some solid competition for Fasano and Martin.

6. Patrick Turner WR USC- He's not the fastest WR, but has amazing size at 6'5'' 220, put up good numbers in 2008 with 49 for 741 and an impressive 10 td's. he can be a massive target for Penny and be an asset in the red zone. should be a solid option over the middle

7. Ronnie Palmer ILB Arizona- as i said before our ILB corps are dangerously thin. Palmer is a solid coverage linebacker, but also is effective on the blitz. Could be valuable as a situational defender and special teamer. Has a passion for winning which is invaluable.

7. Nader Abdallah DT Ohio St.- a bit late to address this position of need, however Abdallah is a pretty solid pick, he's 6'5'' 310 and is fairly athletic. He could put up impressive numbers at the combine and improve his stock, but as of now he's a 7th rounder.

Big fan of this mock, would be very happy with the first three picks. Isee where your going with White but we could use maybe SS CHip Vaughn if he's still on the board more, White is a luxury and someone I would start taking in round 6 and 7, just my piece

Sintam wont be there IMO, i would much rather a FS, but if he is i would take him, but Pat white with a third is a TERRIBLE pick. he is fine but he will barley be in. as soon as our line gets better, we will scrap the wildcat and not need any gadget players. we have way to many needs to go third string qb. we need a NT, ron brace with that pick.

we need more than just 1 O-Lineman drafted...we need 2-3 drafted,a FS,as well as more ILB&OLB drafted...

Sintim and Smith won't be where you have us selecting. If Smith runs well, he'll be all but a first round lock due to his size, and Sintim fits and plays in the 3-4 and with so many teams running the 3-4 now (including the Packers and Broncos making the switch) Sintim will see his stock rise.

I'd be absolutely elated about that draft! Although if we go OL in Round 1, it needs to be a center, preferrably Alex Mack!
