I actually think that's a different character b/c he has black hair and is the police chief despite having very similar voices.

http://www.finheaven.com/images/imported/2009/02/SgtYates-1.jpg

Sgt. Harrison Yates first showed up in the episode with "Mr. Jefferson," appeared in Cartman's Incredible Gift and I believe the one with Ike and Mrs Teacher. His overdramatic voice and cliches of all cop stock characters is just too funny. :chuckle:

Damn, I've had one crazy trip down memory lane. One cartoon chracter that hasn't been mentioned yet is: Duckman. Duckman was a show on the USA Network, and it was about a Duck who was private eye, and his dysfunctional family life. Duckman was voiced by Jason Alexander.

bebop and rocksteady from the old tmnt cartoons.

speaking of cartoons ... did anyone see the old g.i. joe movie? there is a part after snake eyes and muskrat (think it was them) finish an obstacle course and jump into each other's arms in a very questionable manner - i recall some intense straddling action. someone says something about going bananas and muskrat (i think) says 'that's not the only thing that's going bananas'. i have seen this movie many times and have tried to find anything else that could have been construed as 'going bananas' at that particular moment. the only possible conclusion that can be drawn from this statement is hardcore gay cartoon sex. you guys have to check it out. disney doesn't have the market cornered on subtle sexual messages in its cartoons. good stuff.
