Will take the "Wildcat" to a new lever and also contribute as wideout / return man.

They also have also taking Darius Butler at 44 and Clay Mathews at 25. I have to say this is my favorite Mockdraft so far. Here is the thing I could see Miami taking Sean Smith with the first, Ron Brace with the second from Washington and Pat White with the 56th pick. Sean Smith at 35 is a bit of a reach especially when Clay Matthews is ready to contribute.

If Vontae Davis is there at 25 you HAVE to take him. That would truly be a gift.

I don't see Mathews at #25, we have more pressing needs than another OLB. I agree if Davis were to drop to #25 (which he wont) you take him. White in the 2nd round would be for a team that has no immediate needs. That would be a luxury pick. Plus, that would be 3 straight years the Fins took a QB in round #2. I don't see it.
I am starting to get a little tired of all these Mock Drafts that say "Parcells always takes a LB, so he will again" I would agree if we did not have 12 on our roster already. I think BP & Company are smart enough to say take the best layer available at the positions we need the most. If they deem that to be OLB, ok, but I think it is ridiculous to automatically think it has to be one.

I posted a highlight of the Wildcat in the main forum. Just think if we had Ronnie and Pat White in the backfield at the same time...both left handed throwers with unreal speed. I think it would be worth the gamble to take Pat White with the 2b pick.

if either 3 of the USC LB's are available at 25, you gotta take em...
Mau would be nasty with crowder, cushung can play ILB or OLB, taking either roth's or ayodele's job...
I think we need to upgrade our LB corps.. If vontae isn't available, we should pass on a corner until our 45th pick, where we could stil leither grab DJ Moore/Darius Butler or my preference Sean Smith.... and if theres a better player available, we can take Mike Mickens or Jairus Byrd, Alphonso Smith...

Pat White in the second round would PISS ME OFF!
way to early to take a project player like that... wait till the 4th round, otherwise i dont want him

To draft him would be foolish. I like his talents a lot but lets be serious he isn't going to be a qb on this team. I don't think we need him as a rb at all too. To just use him in the wildcat packages makes no sense.

There's NO WAY I want us taking Pat White anywhere near the first 4 rounds!

We have too many other positions to fill and there are players who are no where near the risk to draft that high.

Pat White sucks....there I said it

From a Louisville fan, that means nothing to me

What did he do against you guys this year? 21 rushes for 200 yards and 3 TD's... And 6/11 passing for 122 yards and 2 TD's?

I agree, he does suck. Even after the combines and everybod saw his passing skills. He does still suck

Wright is more focused on plugging holes with needs right now. He doesn't really put the players he thinks will go somewhere until a couple weeks before the draft when the news is flowing.

Though I'll admit, I'd much rather have White in the 3rd or 4th than late 2nd.
