Maybin dropped his 40 time down to 4.53 and WR Williams dropped his from 4.67 to 4.37.

Dolphins spent about an hour with Maybin after his workout.

If he is available at #25, would you want us to draft him?

Maybin added 20 -25 pounds. Click on the link and scroll down towards the bottom of the page to see a front and back view of the improvement in his physique.

I think there is a chance he might be available. I had him as one of the players who might slide down in the draft.

he won't last. the best pass rusher in the draft never gets out of the top 15. would be nice though - would love to have him opposite porter.

Aaron Maybin is a freak of nature at 64 and 249 punds. If the kid were to fall I could see Miami being all over him. Great Thread and should be someone to look at. Miami loves picking up good talent that tends to drop, look at how they selected Phillip Merling who was projected to go in the first.

As a penn state fan, I have to say NO to him at 25.

I would certainly take him over Matthews or Barwin, probably even Sintim.

As a Penn State fan, why would you say NO at 25? What don't you like about him?

Curry, Everette Brown, Orapko, and maybe even Sintim, could be gone before we pick....so Maybin IS a possibility....

I say no, Vernon Gholston II. BTW, there was nothing that I saw that said the Fins spent about an hour with him.

I think Maybin has stabilized his draft stock significantly. NFL Draft Scout had him as a faller and falling into the 2nd round, and when they make a move like that it is almost always because they've heard things from multiple scouts out in the field. But, I think with his Pro Day, he's gotten a grip on that fall and he'll start rising again. Just takes one team.

How does a player add 20-25 pounds in 2 months of muscle and not lose speed??

Extreme lifestyles lead to extreme results. He's been eating like 8 meals a day chalk full of very specifically selected proteins and carbs, and working out two or three times a day.

I think normal people who are use to normal training regimens look at the results and say oh it must be steroids or HGH...but normal people probably don't do what Aaron Maybin has been doing for the past 8 weeks.

Plus, he has a history of off season weight gain like this I think.
