A driving instructor who police say was drunk while giving someone a driving lesson can stay out of jail but will lose his license for a year. Daniel Winsky, 53, of Salem was convicted Thursday of operating under the influence while giving a lesson from the passenger seat of a car. He was sentenced to 18 months probation but won't be a licensed driver for one year.

Our Drivers Ed teacher was regularly drunk during classes. He'd have us drive him to take care of his personal buisness, and, passed out lots of times in the car. One time we drove almost all the way to Raleigh (Halfway across the state) before he woke up. Man, was he pissed. He couldn't say or do anything though and had to do a lot of stepping and fetching to explain the absence.

There was a movie where a driving instructor had the dude drive to a bank and he went in there and robbed it. What the hell movie was that?
