One of the most bizarre things I've ever heard...

A 45-year-old man in a sport utility vehicle is accused of going on a hit-and-run spree Tuesday afternoon in Thurston County, hitting three vehicles in separate crashes before ramming a sheriff’s patrol car and trying to run away before being arrested.

One victim, who was rear-ended by an SUV on Martin Way and pushed 400 feet along Carpenter Road, said police told her the suspect claimed to be part of an organized group called the Bump and Go Posse. Its members allegedly drive around and smash into vehicles for kicks.

Tamarra Paradee said she had no idea why the man in the SUV kept accelerating after he rear-ended her red Mitsubishi Eclipse as she tried to make a right turn onto Carpenter Road from Martin Way. She said that by the time she came to a stop, her vehicle was sideways on Carpenter Road, and she’s lucky she wasn’t struck by oncoming traffic.

“I was very scared,” Paradee said. “I didn’t understand why the man kept pushing my car.”

Thurston County Sheriff’s Sgt. Dave Odegaard confirmed Tuesday that the man who was arrested, Gil Contreras of Olympia, claimed to be part of the Bump and Go Posse.

Odegaard said Contreras was intoxicated during his arrest. Odegaard said the sheriff’s office will investigate the validity of Contreras’ claims about whether the Bump and Go Posse exists.

Was intoxicated? Of all the things in the world, who could've imagined he was drinking?

They might be drunk enough to whereas you'll get in even at 17 years old. No worries

I would advise against this sort of activity in TX.

Goon, in WV we'll skin 'ya & eat 'ya for such an offense.

Never mess with a man's vehicle.

Misread the headline fast and assumed it was the "escort" equivalent of fast food.
