This is one of the better movies I have seen in a while. I give it a 10/10. It's one of Charlie Chaplin's few talking movies. It was filmed in 1940 just before WWII. He later stated that had he known what the Jews were going through he wouldn't have made this movie. This movie is both funny and disturbing. It's disturbing because of what was to come.

Here's a clip of the final speech Chaplin gives where he steps out of character and speaks from the heart. The clip doesn't give any plot away. It's a powerful speech. One of the better speeches I have ever heard. One we need to hear today.
