we have fires going all around us here in so. calif. the sun never did seem to break through all the smoke!:(

I saw that on the news this morning. Dont be one of those diehards trying to save the house with a squirtgun.

BTW - I believe that photo was taken yesterday.

I live about 40 miles away (southwest, of course) from the San Bernardino fire, but I'm right in the path of that smoke. Ash has been raining down at my house for a couple days. The smoke is so bad, I won't let my kids outside. The mornings have started off clear, but then the winds bring it in around 10am and it stays until the sun goes down.

Y'all be careful out there, went through a slightly similar situation in Ormond Beach, FL a few years back. Smoke was so thick ya couldn't even drive. Luckily they got the fires stopped, but it's a LOT drier out west. Good luck....:cool:

Good luck....:cool: its got into the heavy trees now. between the drought and the bark beetle everything is pretty much dry or dead!:rolleyes:
