I'm kicking around some ideas for a Dolphins tat of my own - but it's gonna be a while (my rule: I have to want the same ink for a full year before I'll get it. Once it's there, it's too late to change it. )

I don't know that I'd ever get one like this

...BUT on someone else's arm gotta admit it's kind of cool so long as you can wear sleeves during job interviews and if meeting possible future inlaws. Or in my case, it's not on my son!

Wouldn't you want the artist fresh, attentive and enthusiastic instead of being their sloppy 10ths? That's why I get my haircut as early as possible in the day since I've definitely noticed a correlation between fatigue/boredom/clock watching and work output.

Britney Spears cut her own hair late at night and it didn't bother her attentiveness and enthusiasm.

Well she was under the influence of pharmaceuticals and afflicted by a terminal dose of genetic white trash stupidity.

On the other hand, the stylists at the barber college I patronize are blood tested regularly, unless their Parkinsons is flaring up that week. Still and all, I don't take a good cut for granted and generously tip 20% on the $5.00 charge (before sales tax) for a job well done.

TheDon74

Maybe it's just the angle but it looks more like a porpoises then a dolphin. Either way it looks really good and I'm sure once colored it will look great.

BTW if it's not the angle it's not to late to have to nose extended just a little and no one would ever know. Once it's colored it's to late though.

Ricky4Life

Nice.

Why do you have to wait for the color?

He was running about 45 minutes behind. So he did all of the shading and outlining. All of the outlining was done in single needle and it makes the tattoo really pop out. The pictures from my phone do not do the thing justice.

I think it has to do more with the angle I took the picture at with my phone. I will take another one with the DC.

Lets be honest now, do you really think you'll care when you're 90 years old? Your skin will be all old and wrinkly and leathery and full of liver spots. An old tattoo will be the least of your worries. I think at that age, people worry more about waking up every morning and how much it hurts to climb that flight of stairs.

Tattoos are definitely not for everyone, I just think that argument that some people make about when they're "80 or 90 years old" doesn't really hold much water.

Sadly, when now finally I begrudgingly decide to share a little bit of the real me as an ink-related public service, unbelievably, I'm now sensing a strong undercurrent of "snout envy" blowback here (so to speak).

I'm sorry that my respiratory equipment make the likes of Myles, Spurz and (vote for) Bumpus so insecure. If it makes you guys feel better, just remember the old adage that what matters is less the snout you breathe through but instead just how you use it to inhale and exhale.

Feel better now "boys" ???
