Round 1 (#12): Dez Bryant-WR-Oklahoma State

Why? There is a legitimate chance that this guy could fall into our laps. He gives us a legitimate #1 receiver with young players like Brian Hartline and Davone Bess to build around him. Bryant is without question the best receiver in the draft and is an immediate upgrade to the position. It would be smart to sign Antonio Bryant as well and go into the season with the "Bryant Brothers" as you're starting receivers with Bess and Hartline playing in the slot. You could than move players like Greg Camarillo and Ted Ginn Jr. for draft choices. I think Ginn could still garner us a 4th rounder despite his lack of production.

Round 2 (#44): Jerry Hughes-OLB-TCU

It's hard to imagine a player of his calibur falling this far but with players like Brandon Graham, Sergio Kindle, Derrick Morgan, Greg Hardy, Von Miller, and Jason Paul Pierre destined for this draft class there is a good chance he could. Hughes is a tremendous pass-rusher in the mold of Demarcus Ware. Joey Porters' bags are packed, JT is a free agent who will probably be brought back but not for long, Wake is solely a pass-rushing specialist, so landing Hughes here would be an ideal fit.

Round 3: AJ Edds-Linebacker-Iowa

Edds is a Outside Linebacker in a 4-3 defense and I think he could transition to the Inside in a 3-4 and be a very versatile player for our defense. Edds is superior in coverage and can lay the lumber as well. Edds is solid against the run and unline our current Outside Linebackers can jam the tight end on the line.

Round 4: Jimmy Graham-Tight End-Miami Fl.

Anthony Fasano was a major disappointment in 2009. Graham possesses great size at 6"8 and is a better blocker than advertised. Has strong pass catching ability as well.

Round 6A: Cam Thomas-NT-North Carolina
Round 6B: Mike Tepper-OT-California
Round 6C: Rahim Alem-DE-LSU
Round 7A: Torrell Troup-NT-Central Florida
Round 7B:Anderson Russell-FS-Ohio State

Pre-Free agnecy I love this draft. I can't believe Hughes will fall that far but then I thought ReyRey was a 1st last year. After watching Edds and then reading about him he is exactly what we are missing in the middle. Add in a better FS as well through FA and we would have our covering RBs and Tes done. He is a nice tackler and covers well. Jimmy Graham to me is so intriguing. I love the "U" abd have wach him all year. I think he could be something special like most of you.

not a bad draft if hughes fell that far but i'd rather concentrate on pure nt's, ilb's & safeties early rather than late. another high receiver bust would destroy morale.

I like it overall. I think we would have to address the FS from free agency, which would actually be ideal imo. The only pick I would change is Hughes to Brandon Graham. Graham is more of a SOLB and I think has a better chance than Hughes at being there at our pick. And also, if he falls to the 3rd round, Micah Johnson would be a great pick, but it looks like his stock may be rising.

You have dont it again my friend. Great draft. I love the direction this is putting us in. Add an A. Bryant and A. Rolle in FA and this would really be great. I would love to be able to trade back into the early 2nd mabey our 2nd and Ginn to make sure we get Hughes, but if he fell thats even better. What do you think the real chance of a SErgio Kindle, Jerry Hughes or Spikes falling to 44? I think Dez and one of those would really put us on the right track.

I think we will be players for Casey Hampton in free agency. I could see us signing Hampton. Antonio Bryant, and one of those Middle Linebackers in D'Qwell Jackson, Demeco Ryans, or Karlos Danby

Good looking mock. I don't think Dez will be available, but if he is, I'm sure multiple teams will burn up the phone lines trying to work out a trade. That would be fantastic, as it would give us alot of leverage!

I think there's a chance too. Historically, teams who pick top 10 usually draft OL, DL, and QB first; however, my fear is that once Dez runs his forty and does his other combine exercises, teams will begin to salivate over him as teams usually do, especially with skill players.

the highest rated weakside pass rusher in jerry hughes for a 3-4 team at #43??? i don't see it

i think we've got a better chance for sergio kindle to be there as a solb

i don't think brandon graham gets out of round 1.

if McClain, bryant, or anyone we are high on in terms of 'elite' top 10 talent slipping to 12 isn't on the board we should trade back about 5-8 slots, pick up another 3rd or 4th and pick up Graham in the late teens area. Thats the best thing ot do.

i don't know about graham there but i agree with trading back a little bit...if those guys are gone

it's either that or take a jerry hughes or a earl thomas imo

trading back sounds great but there's got to be something there that someone else really covets

Driscoll, if that is our draft, im personally driving to Davie to shake Ireland's and Parcell's hands. Im not sure if either Dez or Hughes fall that far but if they do...wow, and I love that Edds kid, thatd just be the cherry on top.

only pick I don't like is Anderson Russell who got burnt a lot this season. If we're gonna draft an OSU safety can we have Kurt Coleman?
