Oh my god, I knew he was ripped but wow. Usually guys get knocked for not spending enough time in the weight room. Micah Johnson needs to lay off. There is no way he's going to be able to cover at the next level. the thing that really got me was his 40. 5 flat. there were DT's beating him. Do you guys think he can play at the next level?

at the Next level he is perfect size for the 3-4 ILB as a down hill LB

Fair enough. I guess it's pretty normal for guys to be 2 down linebackers now days.

He will end up being a 4th or 5th round pick so at that spot it isnt to bad for a down hill LB with the right coaching the kid could be a stud and i hope he comes to us and we can have Bill Sheridan coach him up.

if we want a 2 down ILB just look for 52 on the dolphins...(crowder)

he was also just coming back from injury. UK fans think that he will run a better 40 at his pro day. He's faster than that

He'd be a steal in the 6th. He's faster than he ran.

He was a two down backer in college, never could cover anyone. He would be better to add weight and try to play with his hand on the ground.

At this point I'm only looking at him if he is still there in the 6th...

Understanding we don't have a 5th, I agree.

Maybe Micah could convert to the DL?

Wasn't it Ted Washington who actually came into the NFL as a LB and then ate his way into NT?

I was thinking the same thing. He is a two-down LB at best. No way he should be on the field on passing downs. Unfortunately for him he has below average speed for a LB, and this league is now a pass first league, so his value just plummeted down into the sixth, maybe seventh round.
