Apparently he had a very solid pro day ...alot have him only behind Berry and Thomas

B. Graham 1
M. Burnett 2
WR 3
TE 4 or vice versa

the longer Miami stays quiet about their effection for Burnett, and keep broadcasting how interested in other safeties(Thomas,Jones,Owusu-Ansah),the more of a possiblity of Burnett being available at 43...

Thomas would be a much better choice but I'd be happy to have Burnett as consolation.

No to Morgan Burnett.

That's awesome, but your opinion would be much better if you gave a good reason for WHY....

Morgan Burnett has done nothing more than Nate Ness or a variety of late round safeties. Nor does he have any special skills that put him over the late round safeties. Burnett is just another name that fans like to tote around like it's Deus Ex Machina coming to save our safety spot.

I watched a little bit of G tech, not every game or anything, but between the 3 or 4 that I saw and the youtube videos, he looks like he has a nose for the ball and he can tackle pretty well. What do you dislike about his skills to not want him in the 2nd or 3rd round? and who would you prefer in those rounds (as far as safeties) over him?

to each his own. I personally love Burnett, and think he can become an all-pro in the league. Very productive player, whose only question was straight-line speed; he was expected to run in the low 4.6's and he ran a 4.55.

Burnett is a classic Georgia Tech defender to me. Very athletic and smart, but let's see how that translates to the NFL (Chan Gailey's recruits have been hit or miss)

Sorry. Burnett is not smart nor an NFL level tackler. He may become a starter at some point down the road just as any draftee may this year. Here, follow #1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8Cban9TUeE; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0sWxq7yC88

We should take DBs from Ohio State and BC, #21 OSU Anderson Russell and #20 BC Roderick Rollins. Marcellus Bowman #8 too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WocqLDZVgw. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTdrYDnfDvA

No to Anderson Russell, I've watched him get burnt way too much. If we're goin with an OSU safety I want Kurt Coleman.

I disagree on Russell. He got beat twice; once by McCoy and Quan Cosby in fiesta Bowl last season, and once by Navy in the season's opener. Both times by trying to go high, which is easily correctable as evidenced by the fact that he did not get beaten the rest of the way. Here you can follow #21 and the rest of the OSU prospectshttp://www.youtube.com/user/MlbIndian#p/u/17/xUxm9B6oIxQ.

Give me:
1. Brandon Graham OLB
2. Thadeus Gibson OLB/ILB
3. Perrish Cox CB
4. Linval Joseph DL
6. Kurt Coleman or Russell S
6. Marcellus Bowman Ss
6. Roderick Rollins CB
7. Kade Weston DL
7. Doug Worthington DL

Add: Dansby and Wake. And I can win a lot of games.
