The extent of Marcus' involvement is unknown, but we can't say we'd be the least bit surprised if he played a major role considering his track record. The last Rotoworld post done on Marcus, in August of 2009, was from a report that he'd been sentenced to 20 days in jail for a probation violation stemming from eluding police. He's been in trouble with the law several times dating back to Virginia Tech. Marcus also has a history of gun-related arrests.

What trouble has Mike Vick been in lately? Also it seems people that are not dolphins are automatically guilty while dolphins are always being persecuted lol

They leave a player attached to whatever team whose roster he was on last. So when the Lawrence Taylor story broke it listed him as a Giant and when Manute Bol died they listed him as a Warrior.

I thought I was the only one that felt slightly offended having the site associate us with that duck when reporting that story.

I remember how the media went nuts and bashed Saban to no end when he signed Vick. Did he even spend the 05 year with the team or did he get cut right before the season?

His lawyer claims he left 10 to 20 minutes before as did Ronnie White. It is a great possibility that they wouldnt know the exact time they left. I think people just want to put more blame on Vick for something else. The police say he is not a suspect

He was with team all year in some capacity. Hell he is still on the team now, he just changed his name. Pat White

im not saying that he is a suspect. im saying the trouble is always around mike and marcus. in the video the guy that got shot pushed or slaped cake into mike's fiance face. then mike and the guy got into an argument, then mike left then all the sudden 3 minutes later shots are fired at the guy mike just got into it with. sounds fishy to me. mike may not be involved but the vicks are always in some kind of trouble.

Club spokesman states that video evidence shows he left 3 minutes before the shooting.
I'm not accusing the guy of anything or wishing anything bad on him for that matter, but if the video does indeed show him leaving 3 minutes before the shooting, and his lawyer claims he left 10 to 20 minutes beforehand, I think it would raise red flags for anyone.
There's no reason to skew facts like that, and I'm pretty sure that in most states there is a law in reference to giving false information to a police officer/obstructing justice.

There is laws but a witness could easily say they were mistaken about the time. hell Vick may be involved but it just seems its ok to rush to judegement when another player is under the gun but if a dolphin player is involved its just a racist cop or something.

Yes, there I agree with you 100%. If this would have happened with one of our players, a lot of us fans would be very quick to argue that he was out of there 3 minutes prior so he could've had nothing to do with it; some people have way too much of a hometown bias, which is completely nonsensical. I for one would really like to see that Vick had no connection to the shooting whatsoever, but it's tough not to be skeptical given some of the circumstances and factors.
