A veteran receiver with good hands. At 32 yrs. old would he provide depth at WR or are we satisfied with the WRs we have.

I think Camarillo would have been better at this point. Coles has slowed up quite a bit, he may retire.

He has stated that if he's released he will retire. He doesn't want to play for any other team. Unless that changes, there is zero chance of this happening.

I wonder if a player has ever been released without someone starting an "are the fins interested" thread.

I'll take Marlon Moore or Roberto Wallace over Coles.

OH you mean the 1st round talent who slipped because of a shoulder injury. Word to the wise, take what you read on Finheaven with a grain of salt.

The powers that be are working hard to build with as much talented youth as possible, and right now they are liking what they see in Marlon Moore, and hoping to see something from Turner or Wallace. Coles is too old for this team.

many so called gurus rated him as first round talent not only finheaven gurus. For where we drafted him he was a damn good gamble. Still not sure why he hasnt gotten it together

Motivation. He is one of those guys that scouts would get legit pissed at after workouts, interviews, and watching tape. There were scouts that said he could be a dominant DT, but he just didn't care enough. Same thing was said about Vernon Gholston (a scout flat out told him to his face he thought he'd be out of the league in 5 years), and Andre Smith.

He said going into this he knew he could get cut and this was his last stop, also he is likely to be coming back after week 1 so his full season salary isn't guaranteed. I think it's us or retirement unless some team came at him w/ a ridiculous offer which will never happen.
