If Shoelace keeps this up all season, he's a runaway winner. However, I dunno if he can do this against Wisconsin, Iowa, or Ohio State. Otherwise, I'll say Kellen Moore, who will put up huge numbers all year on a likely undefeated team.

Shoelace can keep it up because his blend of long stride with the speed of his stride is rare. He seems to be able to take a hit because he has run the ball 49 times and taken some strong hits. I don't think there is any question that he will get it this year if he does stay healthy and may receive it multiple times.

Terrell Pryor..

2nd place: the Ohio University mascot who kicked the crap out of Brutus the Buckeye last week.

If Boise State wins tonight, Kellen Moore is going to be hard to beat as Boise cruises to an undefeated season and birth in the title game.

Terrelle Pryor is also in the mix. I think Ingram is not out of it, but he is going to have to have repeat performances like he had Saturday for the rest of the season.

Andrew Luck is definitely a sleeper that is fully awake right now. Ryan Mallet could JUMP to the top of the list with a HUGE game and win over Bama.

I'm still not sure on Denard Robinson, but he will have time to do it on a HUGE stage against teams like Iowa, Penn State, Wisconsin and Ohio State in the Big 10.

If South Carolina keeps winning, Marcus Lattimore will get more and more attention.

D Rob leading another last minute TD drive to win the game against IU, coupled with the fact that he is the first person to have 200+ in both rushing and passing twice in the same season solidifies his lead on the Heisman. The numbers he is putting up are astronomical and he is far and away the name being thrust to the front by the national media.

DRob definitely is the front runner right now, but I worry about him staying healthy.
