I disagree. We will be at full strength.....John Jerry, Channing Crowder, Jared Odrick, plus rest for everyone else........we also have a 'must win game'.......WE WILL WIN......whether Rodgers is out or not!!!!!!

So 2 rookies and a fat ilb with 53 tackles, and 1.5 career sacks fixes what happened last week? YEAH RIGHT!

obviously if they didnt have rodgers it would be a massive dropoff at qb play, and are chances increase dramatically, but the packers with rodgers and co have looked really shaky so far this year. i think we can win this game whether he plays or not.

heres wat i think r chances r with and without him.

with rodgers= 50%
without rodgers= 80%

I can't really get behind getting excited over opponent injuries. I don't like relying on luck and circumstance to win games. We're not the jests.

Revis was out and we didnt win.

Revis, Pace, Edwards for a quarter, another defensive player I forget.

I have really had my faith in the team take a hit the past two weeks. I'm not sure we can win @GB if Rodgers, Matthews, and Finley all miss the game.

If the team can just play fundamental, physical football, and keep their actions in an aggressive manner, I'll be happy regardless of the outcome at this point.

flynryan15
10-10-2010, 06:10 PM
Umm, wrong. Players are not allowed to play unless they pass all the proper tests showing they no longer are suffering from symptoms related to concussion. This is why Todd Collins started for the Bears today.

You missed his sarcasm!

I was at that game. GB was not that mpressive on offense. Their line blows, and I've never seen so many dropped passes by their wideouts.

Who is their back up QB?

twg76
10-10-2010, 06:23 PM
If you get a win against a busted up team, you get false hope. You take wins wherever you can get them, I know. But you have to be honest with wins if you get lucky and face teams who aren't at their best. Because when playoff time rolls around, the teams fooling themselves get knocked off in the first weekend.

Dolph N.Fan

The only other QB on their roster is Matt Flynn.

Then we'll make Matt Flynn look like a Hall of Famer. Watch him throw for 375 yards, 3-4 touchdowns, no interceptions against us.

Yeah and I am also sure the majority of his tackles are after 5 yards, I am sure he is rarely seen in the back field, I am sure he rarely shoots the right gap, I am sure he is pathetic in coverage and I am sure he is good for a few bonehead personal fouls! All that said he is better the the trash Dobbins and Barbie we have been starting!

Now saying their other TE Lee went down also.

I'll bet Rodgers plays ... he's a warrior.

I think the game will hinge on Both Our Lines, they were punked by both good teams we played this year. We can only exploit those injuries with good pressure on the QB.

Another poster said he was at the game & the "GB Line blows" ... I don't know the facts on that. However, I don't totally buy it as GB is a pretty good team who has been drafting well for years!! I'll bet the GB Lines PUNK OUR LINES!! ... we'll see!!

Better annoyed than a "L" ... our QB can U-turn a game & it can be GONE IN 60 SECONDS!!

Where ya been?? ... we don't have a QB we can trust. Trying to build on a lead by opening it up ... the opponents D has the same chance as our O (or better) ... didn't you see Henne throwing directly to LBs & DBs. Opponent's D didn't MAKE INTs ... they were thrown to!!

we're a nonconference game, not sure GB wants to risk players vs. us.

But if Matt Flynn is currently only QB after Rodgers on roster, with one cam wake salivating for a lost rookie beatdown, then this game suddenly sparks my interest. Its the nature of the beast. Its the beast we have been dealing with.

You just implied that it didn't matter that we blew out "a very bad Buffalo team" because it was last year, yet you are bringing up the Saints loss for what reason? That game shouldn't matter either because it was last year, and it was against a very good Saints team since they won the Super Bowl and all. Come on man, you are being too negative, just ease up a little bit.

I'm not being too negative. I never said "a very bad Buffalo team" just Buffalo. And that wasn't me that said it didn't matter. I brought the Saints game up as an example of how Miami sits on leads instead on going for the jugular therefore never blowing anyone out.
