The Mountain West Conference (http://topics.signonsandiego.com/topics/Mountain_West_Conference) will consider further expansion, possibly to 11 or 12 teams, after officially adding the University of Hawaii Friday as a 10th football member for 2012, San Diego State (http://topics.signonsandiego.com/topics/San_Diego_State_University) President Stephen Weber said.

Aztecs , Air Force, & (sadly) Boise will be the dominant teams in this league after TCU leaves.Truthfully, Utah is for all intents part of the PAC 12 now! So, I'm having a hard time caring.

I'd say Fresno has a shot too, but they seem to be content with mediocrity.

Hawaii's starting to get their **** together, so it's possible they may be a player in the new MWaC as well.
