Well if it took a good coach 15 years then it will take sparano 45 years. He can't quit d1cking around with what works long enough to get wins.

Cowher won year in and year out. These guys are idiots. 11-5 facing a joke schedule, then 7-9, now another boring, uninspiring season...and a once promising WRECKED qb career. These guys are ****ing terrible.

At this point, it won't bother me if Tony stays or goes.

Dan H must go. I'd like to see what Henne could do w/ an OC who doesn't think Woody Hayes is too progressive.

Here is my case for keeping Sparano....he gives good speeches after the team win?

Really I've got nothing for keeping Sparano. This isn't his fault, he really shouldn't be a head coach.

I just don't think Sparano would be head coach if he didn't come in with Parcells and Ireland. It was a package deal and that package fell apart before this season even began. It sucks that things are going this way. But it is what it is. We need a new offense (release Henning), and we need better leadership at head coach (release Sparano).

because it took bill cowher 15 years......

Bill Cowher is 149-90 as a head coach.
Took the Steelers to the playoffs in 10/15 seasons.
Has 12 playoff wins to 9 playoff losses in 21 playoff GAMES in 15 years.
Name me the coach that's done better in the last decade not named Belichick.

How about we just talk about starting to be competitive/contenders again instead of winning the superbowl.

I don't know what the division of power is on the team, but you give him a good coordinator and he will look a lot better as a coach.
I don't think Sparano is the root of the problem, but I agree he is not making the situation much better.
I am pretty confident that Henning will be gone next year.
The biggest failure of this organization has been the regression/failure of the offensive line.

1st choice : Cowher

2nd choice : Dan Reeves

3rd choice : My left nut

I have supported him for the most part tho not so much by posting it here......but I don't see the point of defending him after you lose at home to 2 of the worst team in the NFL at home......this team can not play 2 good games in a row and the HC is responsible for a lot of that. Having said that, Sparano's not the only one to blame. Henning needs to go and our GM needs to go too for wasting a 2nd round pick on Pat White.

Ozzy rules!!

It's entirely not his fault though... this is all, 100% on Bill Parcells....

People need to stop ****ing calling out fans and direct it at this pathetic team. Does it REALLY make someone feel better to call out people who ever SUPPORTED Sparano???? REALLY? I'm sure most Dolphins fans supported him at one point, but it doesn't matter now. Besides, I'm 99% confident by now he'll be gone after this season.

There's no excuse for losing two consecutive home games against teams with a combined record of 9-19. These teams were in the bottom 10 of offense and we can't even manage to score more than 14 points a game. Sparano and Henning BOTH need to be held accountable...not the fans who ever supported him.

I think he is a good coach, but he is not a leader of men, Parcells, Belchick, Shula had the great leadership quality and know when to change directions and have a feel for the game....Sparano is a robot from the Parcells school and just tries to repeat the process til it works, not being able to adapt to players and circumstances...

We need a leader as much as a coach....I don't care about the name brand, that has gotten us in trouble before...

The oline has been horrendous....Morono is oline specialist.

The play calling is bad...Morono as head coach can overrule any aspect of the team.

But he is like Payton or Cowher LOL.

Sparano suffers from having a Sh*t QB and Sh*t offensive coordinator.

i dont really see many places where its sparanos fault. i see a horrible check down un energetic mistake prone qb completly destroying this offense the whole year. im tired of you ppl crying and whining like this team is actually one of the elite ones. you act like we are dallas...high expectations lower teir results...what we are is average expectations average teir results.

why can u not understand this??

i swear if ross cleans house im going to do my best to switch teams.

If it takes us losing every game, to get rid of Henne, I'm all for it. Sparano is just as bad, I didn't even watch the game after I saw Henne come onto the field. I read a tweet later that said Thigpen was warming up so I watched a little. Knowing Henne was the QB, I never once got my hopes up we would win. I hope Sparano is gone, maybe his eyes were damaged more than we thought, if he couldn't see Henne woould lose the game, he must be legally blind
