Great work as always. It is really helpful that you concluded this article with specific mention as to why he would be a bad fit for the Dolphins.

...even though his orange hair would match our color scheme.

Some believe he is sneaking into the 25-40 range which would put him about even with Ponder. Where do you guys have him?

In the late, late second round at best. And thats likely to a WC team. More than likely I'd expect him to go late third maybe, maybe later. His limitations vis a vis arm strength and ability to read the field mean he is a bit more developmental than some may think. Just depends on what he's being asked to do.....3rd is likely his best unless someone just really has hankering for him.

if he goes in the first 3 rounds he's being overdrafted if you ask me...not a fan in the first 4 rounds...but there seems to be some real sentiment to a top 40 pick...smokescreens??? maybe

I realize he has his limitations but I'll take someone like Dalton over what we are going to end up with(Kaepernick) any day.

I like Dalton, but not in the 2nd round.

Dalton will be a good backup QB in the NFL.
