We just can not trade players and picks during the draft? Picks for picks is OK?

Yes, but only this years picks. Can not trade future picks.

Edit: I have heard future picks can be traded but there is an "at the team's own risk" tag attached to that scenerio. But also, that no future picks can be traded. I can't find a definitive answer.

Everything I have heard so far says it's "at your own risk". As long as it doesn't involve a player it is fine. But I think you will find teams reluctant to acquire future picks even tho IMHO not having a draft next year is extremely unlikely.

But hey maybe the tougher trading climate will prevent this team from trading down, and passing up on a franchise Qb or RB for the millionth time.
