After fans were given the chance to witness the madness of Media Day and Radio Row firsthand during the week leading up to Super Bowl XLVI, the 2012 NFL Scouting Combine (http://www.nfl.com/combine) is next.

Shifting the tone of what was once a mostly off-limits event, the NFL will allow 250 fans to take a gander at top draft prospects as they workout for scouts inside Lucas Oil Stadium, The Indianapolis Star reported (http://www.indystar.com/article/20120218/SPORTS03/302180001/NFL-offers-250-fans-chance-go-inside-NFL-combine-Indy?odyssey=tab|topnews|text|Sports).

You want in? Fans are being asked to register at 1iota.com (http://1iota.com/), a site that will help hand-pick the lucky 250 winners. Those selected will be allowed to watch quarterbacks and wideouts strut their stuff on Feb. 26.

I'd LOVE to go to the Combine, but i don't see that happening. Perhaps some of our own draft gurus will register at that site and get picked.

I don't understand why it has to be closed to the public. I am sure they could sell tickets to these combine workouts and you know how the NFL loves to make money.
