he is impressive. if we trade down i would love to have him. or if he fell to the second. but i dont know if i would be willing to grab him with a top 10 pick.

With the possibility of losing Solai, getting another big man like Poe makes sense.

There is a video of him on YouTube lifting weights and this guy is a beast. He would really clog up the middle for guys trying to run on us.

With the combine he has put up I wouldnt be surprised to see him go before us at this point. I like him, but 8 is too rich for me. I like some other guys more

Exciting player, but he really would just be a Soliai replacement. Add a player who can put heat on the QB in Rd 1.

dude I agree there has never been a man of his size that moves the way he does we take him to put along side starks with wake and odrick on the ends that line would be money great against the run and good pass rush then maybe in the later rounds draft a pass rusher

This was kind of a spontanious post after watching him work out, but the more I am researching him and watching him the more I am kind of getting kind of fuzzy about him at 8 if we can't trade down and obviously our free agency.

His 40 time is nuttttsss for his size and I'm even more impressed with his in his 10-yard shuffle split of 1.7 seconds - (Comparisons: Demarcus Ware - 1.62, Mario Williams - 1.70, Clay Mathews 1.49, Haloti Ngata 1.78 ). That I think shows a lot more for a DT/D-Lineman b/c it shows his burst, athleticisim and how well he uses his feet. Basically to me it shows the guy can pass rush, which in turn makes him a 3 down player in the 4-3. The guy already carried a 1st round grade and this will just bump him up more.

BUT at #8 I'd easily rather have Melvin Ingram, Michael Brockers, or Whitney Mercilus.

not to mention 44 reps on the bench!! This guy has been compared to Ngata by mike mayock since all you guys love your analyst lol I would take a Ngata clone over a OL any day this guy could be special

If we do run our base D from a 4-3, we already have too many DT's. Randy Starks, Jared Odrick, Tony McDaniel, and Kendall Langford. I listed Langford because it was recently reported that he is now in contract talks with Miami, so I assume he is in our future plans. Out of those 4 players, who do you cut? Poe looked good at the combine, but I dont think hes on our radar.
