Ive decided to put two options here. The first being there is not trade down, and the second one with a trade down. Also this is assuming we do not get any more starting caliber players in FA, although I would really like to get Anderson in here and I do think we have a shot at him after TN signed Wimbley.

Option A: No Trade down
1. Ryan Tannehill : QB Texas A&M
2. Mohamed Sanu : WR Rutgers
3a. Cam Johnson : DE/OLB Virginia
3b. Joe Adams : WR Arkansas
4. Tank Carder : ILB TCU
5. Josh Chichester : TE Louisville
6. Donte Paige Moss: DE UNC
7. Janzen Jackson: FS McNeese St.

Option B: Trade down to late Teens
1. Brandon Weeden : QB OK St
2a. Mike Adams : OT OSU
2b-7 Same as above

I am pretty torn between Weeden and Tanny right now. I think Weeden is superior right now, and picking up another 2nd would be really enticing. However, having Moore and Garrard make me think they want Tannehill at 8 and let him sit for most if not all of the 1st year.

I like your mock - love Sanu but I'm not sure he fits Philbin's mold, and I worry about his separation ability in the pro's.

I pulled this list from the other thread, but as CK mentioned in his Green Bay WR analysis, I think Philbin will focus on WR that are between 5'10 and 6'1, has good hands, 4.4-4.5 speed, had good production in college, and hopefully one that was a captain on their team as well (or showed strong leadership ability). Hopefully, we can snag two of these guys from the above list.

Also, I hope we let them play - drafting them and letting them sit behind Bess and Hartline will kill me.

I do feel that we must draft a pass rusher or at least a LB who loves to tackle (Bells tackles will be missed), a QB early, and at least one TE which you have done.

Thanks for the feedback. I think Sanu will get separation because he is a really crisp route runner from what I have seen. Good point on GBs WR mold though, I think Givens would be a good fit if they didnt like Sanu
