I wouldnt mind taking barron with our pick. With davis, smith, marshall, barron, jones, and wilson we would have a pretty good secondary. Also wouldnt mind having an elite receiver in floyd. But this is the first season in a long time that i have no clue who we are picking.

Don't Think so

I am almost certain now the pick is going to be one of
Coples
Cox
Ingram

Bring this thread back Thursday night and I will eat my words

Unless Blackmon falls to 8, I think it will be a pass rusher or Tannehill.

Taking Barron, a safety who is not known for his coverage skills, would be one of the worst draft picks in Dolphins history. I would never take a safety in the top ten unless I knew he was going to be Ed Reed.

I'm grading Mayock's prediction = "F"

I'm guessing Tannhill 25%, Kuechly 20%, DeCastro 20% Cox 20% and Coples 15%

Floyd both cause we need him badly, and to keep him away from the AFC/Buffalo. Then hopefully cobbling together a good enough package to trade up into the late teens to grab Weeden. (at least I can wish)

If not Tannehill I would be happy with Floyd, Kuechly or Decastro, all should contribute immediately. I'm still a little wary of Coples but would be ok with him and I would not be happy with Barron at 8.
