We had our chance to get the worm but it wasn't that appealing.

The Palm Beach Post expects the Dolphins to pass on free agent Braylon Edwards.
"Don't expect the Braylon Edwards signing to happen," wrote beat writer Ben Volin. "Just kicking the tires on a big-name player, nothing more." Volin's story cited league sources, and coach Joe Philbin also indicated Edwards' Dolphins workout was no more than due diligence. Edwards does finally seem to be healthy, which bodes well for his odds of latching on somewhere. Jul 31 - 11:51 AM

he cant catch the dang ball anyway so good luck with the seahawks and try and actually hold on to the ball for once

"Edwards, 29, was the biggest name remaining on the free agent market" WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would take Plaxico Burress over Braylon any day.

Miami kicked his tires, doesn't mean they were serious about him. There is no "early bird" talk with the Seahawks signing him, if Miami wanted him, they would have signed him when they worked him out over a week ago.

Thanks but no Thanks!!! I was at camp the last three days and Wallace, Fuller, and Pruitt are looking good.

I would have been dissapointed if they had signed him.

He isn't a good locker room guy, he drops a lot of passes plus I'm sure I'm not the only one who remembers how he whined about the Dolphins on draft day.

He cried like a baby and bad mouthed the Dolphin's as much as possible because they called him on draft day and didn't draft him.

Add him to the list of free agents that continue to spurn the Dolphins.

If we wanted him he would not have left without a contract.

Maybe ... but often the early bird finds they need to be "de-wormed" with guys like that!!! Stay tuned!! :rotfl1:

Braylon Edwards is just a name imo. He's nothing special.

I don't think Edwards helped his chances by saying that Rex Ryan was his 'go to guy' when talking with Ireland. I love that Ireland just looked right back at him and said 'I'm not calling Rex Ryan. lol

He only said Rex Ryan because he couldnt think off the bat who to say. He was going to say his mom, but then thought better of bringing her into the conversation with Ireland sitting across from him.

Aside from Chad Johnson, that was my favorite moment in last night's episode. Really, really funny.

He is done, not that reliable . Burress is much better but i doubt he is coming here either. We need dome more talent. Maybe next year. FA-Draft.
We don't need Braylon.
