Sounds like something Omar floated...he's getting more and more pissed the Dolphins won't let him make all the decisions...afterall he does know everything.

Kay this is a hoax. Might as well close thread. You were probably dreaming, everyone on this site has had that dream before since Ross bought the team.

That person on the Bengal's forum posted it before this thread opened too.. Maybe it's not fake then..

And wasn't he just talking about the team, and the stadium making improvements yesterday during the game?

Ross is a pretty damn good salesman, he's made his billions off selling property. So he made sure to get some time to let potential buyers know of all the improvements he made.

It's not an easy sale anyways so if it is true it won't be for another year or more. There's not many buyers that can just throw 1 billion to our franchise.

That would be 827,000.00. Not even close. If everyone in FH can pull off 70k, and someone with good credit can get a loan, then we can have Finheaven Stadium become a reality.

If you had a broken car, would you sell it for parts, or fix it up and sell it to squeeze more profit out of it? This would not be a good business move for Ross at this point.

Would be an expensive buy since they don't even own their own stadium  and I'm sure the Giants' owner would kick the new ownership out, be like get your own place bitch.

I've dreamed of getting rid of Ross, but I've also recently been trying very, very hard to like the nerd. If he is looking to sell, he's going to take a big loss. But he recently scored a gigantic land development deal in Manhattan so maybe the money just doesn't matter to him and he realizes this is not for him.

Your post has many implications. Ross is a New York owner. Just because they are located somewhere else, doesn't mean the team could relocate. CA already has the Raiders and 49'ers. No way the fans there will adopt the Fins. The team would be the ugly step child out there..

Everyone's been saying that since Wayne has bought the team. Come back from Fantasy Land people and land on reality. There's no way any potential buyer is going to give up/sell away the facilities and stadium already in place in Miami to move it elsewhere. It would be way too expensive to do just for the naming rights of "Dolphins". They are better off buying a cheap franchise and move to LA than to spend billions while also losing close to half a billion dumping a stadium and facilities already in place here (ain't nobody is going to buy the stadium that has no team/just a Hurricanes lease).

Miami will ALWAYS have a franchise because of these costs.

Like I said it showed on the News Scroll about 5-7 minutes before I posted it. When I signed on to Finheaven I was surprised "Someone Else" hadn't posted it. So I figured I'd post it as BREAKING NEWS. I know what I READ.

This had to be a NFLN mistake because like I said earlier, a guy on a Bengals forum posted the exact same thing one minute prior to dolfan91.

http://boards.bengals.com/showthread.php?p=2573737

I don't think it is a coincidence, and I don't doubt that he saw that scroll across the screen and made a thread about what he saw. They just removed it promptly when there probably weren't any verifiable sources.

Unless dolfan91 is the same guy on the Cincy website
