Packers WR Greg Jennings admits that 2012 could be his last season in Green Bay.

Jennings is scheduled to hit unrestricted free agency after the season is up. "Whether the contract comes with Green Bay in the near future or (with) one of the other 31 teams, that's the reality of it," Jennings said. The 29-year-old (later this month) has been dealing with a concussion recently, but has been a durable player throughout his career, missing just three games in his past four seasons. Jennings will likely be gunning for a deal similar to what Vincent Jackson received from the Bucs this offseason -- $11.1 million per year for five years and $26 million guaranteed. The franchise tag is also a possibility, but the team may not have the cap space.
