My all time favorite murder song has to be "Tom Dooly" by the Kingston Trio, (1958) . Some of you puppies, want remember this one but some of the older guys here will. It was and still is a "most good song".

How bout your favorite...along with some of the lyrics...for a hoot.:D

I have 2, and it is odd the capt christ brings this up:lol: I am just messing withing you mole.

The Police "Murder by numbers"
The Doors "Peace Frog" Odd name for such a violent song. "Blood in the streets of the streets of Chigago." I love this song because it has probably the most upbeet music while dealing with a very sadistic theme.

This is a no-brainer.
"Kim" by Eminem is the creepiest song ever. You'll get shivers when you hear that song.
It's the song where Eminem fantasizes about killing his wife. I won't bother posting the lyrics here(look em' up) but I definitely advise you download it and check it out. It's a f'ed up song for sure.

I can't comment on "The Police" because I don't know anything about them, but "The Doors" yea...Jim Morrison got a little over the edge before he died.

Somebody Got Murdered ~ The Clash

Straightforward three-chord rock n' roll song which when played loud is as invigorating as anything Starbucks offers.

Someone lights a cigarette
While riding in a car
Some ol' guy takes a swig
And passes back the jar
But where they were last night
No-one can remember
Somebody got murdered
Goodbye, for keeps, forever

Somebody got murdered
Somebody's dead forever

And you're minding your own business
Carrying spare change
You wouldn't cosh a barber
You're hungry all the same
I been very tempted
To grab it from the till
I been very hungry
But not enough to kill

Somebody got murdered
His name cannot be found
A small stain on the pavement
They'll scrub it off the ground
As the daily crown disperses
No-one says that much
Somebody got murdered
And it' left me with a touch

Bob Marley
I shot the Sheriff

Freedom came my way one day
And I started out of town, yeah!
All of a sudden I saw sheriff John Brown
Aiming to shoot me down,
So I shot - I shot - I shot him down and I say:
If I am guilty I will pay.
:infins:
Don't mess with Bob's weed or else

No. I'm talking about the version he did when he was much older that is just singing. No music. It's on the o Brother Where Art Thou Soundtrack. 100 times better than the original. There'sw something about a eighty year old guy talking to death bartering for his life that lends authenticity.

Nice *** guys too. We hung out with them after a show and partied for a few hours. a million times better live than on cds which is saying something since the cd's are pretty damn good.
