Aloha nui all,

I'm writing from an internet cafe in Waikiki. It's really pretty here; it reminds me a lot of Miami Beach.

From Israel to Hawaii, you travel the globe.

Meanwhile, just over two years ago, I left the Eastern time zone for the first time.

Had to do this one dude. What happened was at my temple there was a fundraising auction and one of the silent items was 5 days/4 nights in O'ahu. I bid $75 thinking I would never win and lo and behold! That's something you just can't pass up.

Anyways some of us talked about partying at my place in Israel next year for one of the 'fins games. There's some incentive for you: watching our beloved fins on holy ground.

That makes you an azzhole dude. When I see that on Price Is Right, I want to go down there and punch them in the mouth.

Sorry, bidding's over and I won the grand prize including a time warp machine so that I can get Janice from when she's younger.

Why is it when I'm at a silent auction everything I bid on goes triple in price?
I was at an charity auction in January and bid on a denim jacket with a mink lining. I thought I had the final bid but then this woman (heavier than me....a LOT. That jacket would never have fit her) swiped in and bid $375...I was thinking SHOULD I bid the $400.....THEN I SNAPPED BACK TO REALITY.
AND I didn't win the raffle either....a 2004 BMW 525i :( I thought for sure the car was mine.

But oh well it was all for charity.
