This is sick.......

Here is a math trick so unbelievable that it will probably stump you.

It would be interesting to know who came up with this and why that person
is not running the country.

1. Grab a calculator (you won't be able to do this one in your head)
2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the area
code).
3. Multiply by 80
4. Add 1
5. Multiply by 250
6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again.
8. Subtract 250
9. Divide number by 2

Do you recognize the answer?

This person has absolutely too much free time!

Neat trick, but there's always a reasonable explanation. I just don't have the energy to figure it out.

Its really pretty simple, your typed in your whole phone number in the equation, at the begining the first 3 numbers and in step 6 and 7 typed in the last 4 digits of your phone number, its basically somewhere in the equation the other numbers are eventually all cancelled out except for your Phone #, notice EXCEPT for your phone # digits all other steps are multiplied or divded, while the Phone #'s are just added, if i had the time i could probably write the whole thing down and figure out the process of how all the other #'s except your phone # is eliminated
