View Full Version : Beckett with no hitter through 5

I know it won't last, but I had to post it especially since it's against the Cardinals, but he'll need some run support

It's not about the Cards, it's about the fact that he's already thrown over 85 pitches.
The Marlins will not over work the most important piece to making the playoff and run the risk of getting another blister just for a no hitter.
Sucks though, would be nice to see it

I see... anybody else hate Pujols right now?

naw albert is the man. edmonds hits the game winning hr in the 10th. 7 and 2/3 ip for the pen giving up no runs awsome job. izzys pulled a muscle in his hip tho could miss a few. tavarez will be the closer now. carp says he wont miss a start.

Marlins just aren't getting it done right now. But I still believe.

Beckett was so close to that no hitter! Albert had to mess things up! Beckett should of stuck with his fastball and not the splitter.
