Hey Gang,

Need your help - my draft is about to go in about 40 minutes.

I draft 12 out of 12 - so I get picks 12 & 13.

So any last minute advice.

Appreciate it!

Draft the two best RB on the board at the time you draft. RB are harder to get than anyother postion. Pick your defense and kicker way late in the draft.

100% agree, if you don't take the 2 best RB's with your first 2 picks when it comes back to you in Rd's 3 and 4 you will have VERY slim pickings.
Besides I was in a 12 team draft last week where the guy in your position was able to draft E. James and J. Lewis with picks 12 and 13. Not to frikkin bad.

you should be able to pick up a qb later so get ur top 2 rbs and atleast 1 top receiver before going qb

I would get a running back first cause they are the most important players since they run and catch. Qb IMO would come after RB but before WR.

My only suggestion is to hold off on the Dolphins and then spring on them when it's smart. Unless there are other fans in your league, you should be able to get anybody you covet cheaper than what their value will probably be. The one exception may be the defense -- I think it actually tends to get taken too soon for its fantasy value.

Runningback definately from the start, but if there is slim pickings at RB after the first choice you could always go with a big play WR, like Moss or Holt. It's not a bad strategy, because often an amazing WR will get more points than a 2nd round RB.

NO, NO, NO!

WR!

QB can come in the next few rounds, like say 5. Unless it's a fantasy guy like Culpepper do not jump the gun.

OK let you know if anyone big is left

At your 3rd round pick, I would suggest that you only want to go for QB if it's Peyton, Culpepper, or Vick (but only if you like Vick that much -- I'm not totally sure he's worth it). If you don't get a guy like that in the 3rd round, I suggest you look WR or even TE if you can get Gonzalez or Heap. Stay far away from Shockey -- he's a walking injury. If you can't get one of the elite guys, target Crumpler at TE.

Unless you can get Culpepper, I would go WR. You can get good QB value in the middle rounds.
I n one of my leagues this year I got Trent Green in RD. 7 or 8.
