Shaquille O'Neal conceded it felt different wearing a Miami Heat (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/basketball/nba/teams/heat) uniform. For those playing against him, it was different seeing a little less of O'Neal.

Looking surprisingly nimble and quick for such an early point in the preseason, O'Neal needed only 22 minutes to show how several NBA norms remain the same despite his recent change of address. Specifically, he can still dominate Yao Ming (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/basketball/nba/players/3599) and Dikembe Mutombo (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/basketball/nba/players/425), and his touch around the basket is as good as his foul shooting is poor.

I am a true Celtic Fan since Birth but the Heat are impressing and interesting me with they're promising young players and including the Shaq addition.

Paule Pierce is my fav player but if the Celts don't do spit this year Ima hop on the Heat Bandwagon..

The East is up for grabs in the Eastern Conference this year. Anyone (including Boston, as crazy as that sounds), can win that division. The Central (if it's still called that) is brutal with the Pistons and Pacers fighting it out!

Well if it's preseason and the Rockets win doesn't matter, then why does Shaq's 17 pts. matter?

If I was Shaq, i'd keep conditoning myself but i'd take it easy in the pre season. He's only going to be needed when it counts and with how much the Heat have invested into him taking them to the top, they can't risk losing him in a meaningless game!!!
