This is going from bad to worse.

After a three-season run in the Eastern Conference's playoff picture, the Magic stumbled out into last season with a 1-19 record, a mark largely created through a combination of bad breaks (Grant Hill (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/basketball/nba/players/2626), again) and poor personnel decisions (Tyronn Lue (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/basketball/nba/players/3266), etc.). Not surprisingly, Coach Doc Rivers and general manager John Gabriel were dismissed. With the Magic in freefall, it seemed like a good time to blow things up and start anew. So in comes John Weisbrod, Harvard graduate, former pro (hockey) athlete and a veteran of the Magic system. Good choice, right?

Does not really matter. They just all have to gel with each other. If Grant Hill comes back and healthy, they should do fine. I used to be his greatest supporter out of Duke. Now they did get a great pg. They should do fine. I think close to 500% wins.
