The two guys who got attacked in the stands are filing suits. But when one of them was asked about throwing a drink in Artest's face during the brawl, he said "No comment". There are also at least three others filing suit.

Also, the big guy who initially hit Artest with the cup and was punching him from behind has a criminal record. He actually lived near the prosecutor. The two guys suing said he snuck into that section (season tickets) and was bothering people all night. And this jerk is lying about throwing it despite the video evidence and the two guys saying otherwise.

But it's nice to read that the cops are actually on some of these fans' heels and are about to bring them in.

Unfortunately for Artest and Jackson, since they didn't attack the guy that threw the cup.......this is the bottom line...

``This case is nothing more than a sheer, brutal assault and battery committed on fans, ''said Todd Welgarz, attorney.

I hope the fans that didn't throw or say anything that got attacked take these NBA players for every penny!

It will be settled out of court for a nice amount of money!

From what I saw on the tape, the white guy with glasses who Artest attacked by mistake(not his mistake, but a mistake on who threw the bottle) is the only one who deserves anything.

They need to arrest the fat dude who sucker punched Freddie Jones about 4 times and the guy who threw the bottle before anything, IMO. They need to look at banning the 2 fat f***'s who came out on the court and got knocked out by Artest/JO.

Now this is bad.

Police now have footage of reserve Pacers center David Harrison punching a 67-year old man in the stands. My only hope is that he missed some jackass who deserved it and hit this guy by accident, as this was during the whole tunnel exit fiasco. That is bad.

But here's the part that gets me.......

The 67-year old filed a lawsuit against Jermaine O'Neal because that's who he thought hit him. But now that it's coming out that Harrison was guilty party.....

Todd Weglarz, one of the attorneys representing Ackerman, said there were no plans to drop O'Neal as a defendant.

Pile on.

WTF? That's absolutely ridiculous. If you are going to sue people, at least sue those responsible. The guy has no reason to sue O'Neal.

Yes he does. O'Neal has more money. A sad truth, but the truth indeed....

He isn't suing O'Neil now, he was mistaken he thought it was O'Neil, but turned out to be Harrison, that's who he's suing.

Lets forget he went after a 67 year old man and the rest were beating up the wrong fans, poor NBA millionaires.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

Glad to hear he's suing the right guy now.
