yea lebron is the real deal and has lived up to and maybe even exceeded the hype. I remember the watching the lottery in 03 hoping the heat would get a chance to get lebron. Wade was/is a nice consolation prize though

Well no doubt about it Lebron's the best of the 2003 draft but it looks like the battle of second is being won easily by Wade. Mello better get his sh*t together!

LeBron James is a better player than Kobe Bryant right now - it's as simple as 1-2-3.

It's pretty close, its not an open and shut case...Lebron has been nasty lately though.

I like lebron but he isnt better than Kobe yet. Kobe has three rings and has made clutch shots in the playoffs.

Overall and career-wise, obviously Kobe. Actually, in that sense...no guard is better.

However, this season LeBron James is the better player.

I think somewhere along the line the off-court stuff has to play a role in all of this.

This season Bron-Bron has been playing better, but Kobe is the better player # wise, career wise etc. Kobe makes shots out of nowhere. It is amazing. That being said, wait till LeBron gets to his 5th, 6th, 7th season and see how the man tears it up.

He's already tearing it up.

Thats true but as great as he is now he will be simply amazing once he improves some more aspects of his game.

IF you are measuring on Clutch shots, then Wade would be ahead of lebron :P

Oh, without question. In fact, when has LeBron hit a clutch shot, really? Dwyane has hit a clutch shot that went on to win games 7-10 times already, including 2 in last year's playoffs.
