49ers | Nolan can't Wear a Suit - from www.KFFL.com
Sun, 8 May 2005 19:29:03 -0700

Kevin Lynch, of the San Francisco Chronicle, reports the NFL has denied San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Nolan's petition that he be allowed to wear a suit while he is on the sidelines coaching. Head coaches must wear the NFL-sanctioned team garb.

I think that this is stupid on the NFL's part for not letting Nolan doing something simple like this.

Yeah, NFL gets too out of hand with their rules sometimes even when they're not important at all. I was actually thinking it wouldn't look too bad seeing Saban in a suit on the sidelines. :cooldude:

This subject was brought up on PTI and they think that this makes the NFL look totally dumb on their part because of this.
