make sure you have the pictures you want on your computer and you know where they are located and then do file>open (the image you want) then either select all>copy and paste the image onto the pattern background or use the "move" tool by clicking and dragging the image onto the pattern image...

Try using the Extract feature. After you extract the background, you can use the history paint brush to "fix" whatever the extract feature messed up. That's the easiest way to take out a background of a picture, IMO

Yup.. Thats the way to go! I used to use magnetic lasso then airbrush stuff in and out in mask mode, but extract works alot better and easier.

1) Put the fonts in the C:\Windows\Fonts folder

2) Use the save for web feature in Photoshop to save them as a jpg.

my fonts are in C:/Program Files/Adobe/ then i have about 20 different folders of different fonts. When on adobe i went to browse and got there but there is nothing in the folders.

all fonts need to be in C:/Windows/Fonts/ and not in folders.. the .ttf file needs to be in that folder. Once you have placed them in that folder, you will need to restart Photoshop, because photoshop preloads everything.

ok i transferred all the folders to Windows/Fonts but they are still in the folders.zip and then when i open that folder there is a files.ttf This is the correct right?

Yea, take the .ttf file and put it in the fonts folder. You should see 25+ .ttf files already in there.

Ok i know i've been a big pain asking alot of questions but this font thing is still giving me a hard time. I moved all the .ttf files under the Windows/Font. Then i restarted photoshop. But when im choosing the different style fonts the ones i put on there still under the pulldown option where all the other fonts are.
