I downloaded it, installed it, and it DOESN'T F#%KING WORK!
I have a decent PC (P4 2.6 1GB DDR2 GeForce 5700 128MB), I don't know why it won't play. It just starts to load, and crashes out. I've reinstalled, removed un-needed crap, and hung from the ceiling naked... and it still doesn't work. I understand it's a demo and it probly doesn't have full graphics card compatability... But it should work.

worked for me and i played it. it's exactly like battlefield 1942, but modern war. fun as hell to fly the helicopters and jets.

yeah, it is awesome. worked ok for me except for the ghost key-bind problem.

solution here (http://www.samichplatter.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=491)

not sure what the problem is for you mor911, but here are the minimum requirements:

The minimum requirements for Battlefield 2 are:

1.5 GHz CPU
512mb RAM
1.4 shader model videocard being ATI Radeon 8500 or above
NVIDIA Geforce FX or above (Geforce 4 series will not work).
Windows XP (no older versions of windows)

The recommended requirements for Battlefield 2 are:

2.5 GHz CPU
1 Gigabyte of RAM
Radeon X800 or higher
Geforce 6800 or higher.

WE should set up a server and have a Buffalo range vs Finheaven BF2 match. Buffrangers would obviously be the US team, since the Bills colors are red / white / and blue.

minimum requirements are posted on the first page of this thread. also if you are using nvidia cards, you will want to update to the drivers that came with the demo, not the most current ones off the nvida site. the ones that came with the demo were made specially for bf2, though they will probably improve your performance all around.
