I just got my wife a laptop and she wants to "tooth" her pics from her phone to the PC..Ive googled and cannot find anything that they are suggesting to look for...SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...im getting frustrated!!!

Start with your phone. Most phone companies sell software that will set all of that up for you.

You need a bluetooth enabled receiver on your PC. You can buy one preety cheap. They come in a USB key format so there's nothing to install.

yeah, just buy a USB bluetooth device (they look like thumb drives) and plug it into an available USB port on your computer. Then install the software that comes with it and you should be good to go.

EDIT: You will have to enable your cell phone's bluetooth before you can send and receive files. Usually it is something like making it "discoverable" by other bluetooth enabled devices. Just make sure to turn it off otherwise anyone with bluetooth can browse anything on your phone or computer as long as they are within like 30 feet.
