In one of my fantasy football teams a guy offered me a trade that he would send Ricky Williams, Ronnie Brown and Brandon Stokely to me for Steve Smith and i was wondering if i should accept it for the fact that is Steve Smith supposed to have a good year any thoughts please answer? Thank You

If someone wants to give you 2 running backs that will add excellent depth to your team AND a reciever who you can spot start for a reciever coming off an injury who is a #2 in fantasy I'd take it in a second.

This really is the wrong forum.

That said, I think it depends a great deal on who else you have. I'm in a league where I am STACKED at RB where this would be a terrible idea. I have been in leagues where I am so starved for RB that I'd do this deal in a heartbeat even without getting a receiver back. I never like to get multiple players for one of mine, but there are situations where it does make sense.

It all depends on what other RBs and WRs you have. In fantasy you want a RB thats gonna get almost all the carries. Rickey and Ronnie are going to be most likely splitting carries so they might not give you too much value. If you have a good no 1 and 2 Rb already I would keep Steve Smith, cause he is their number on receiver so he will be the go to guy! If you have crap RBs right now, I would do it.

Stokely is hurt, his arm is in a sling still at this point, and he may miss up to the first three weeks of the season... buyer beware.
