View Full Version : Fantasy Advice.... Chambers or Coles??

Hey all, this is my first post on this board and this is awesome compared to the crap I had to put up with on the 'Miami Herald' board. I see quite a few defectors from that board over here!! Kudos to the moderators for keeping out the trash!!!

Fellas, I need some fantasy advice. In my league I've got Chris Chambers, Reggie Wayne and Leverneus Coles as my WRs. I'm definitely starting Wayne with Quadry Ismail out this weekend. My dilemma is between Chambers and Coles!! With Jay Fiedler at QB, the choice would be a no-brainer!! Coles has sore ribs but that shouldn't keep him from starting.

My gut feeling tells me to start Chambers as Lucas is due for a breakout game and may take a few more shots down field!! And Lucas and Chambers have been connecting a little as of lately!! I really need to kick the a$$ of the guy I play against this week so I would appreciate any insight my fellow Dolfans could offer. Have a good feeling about a 'W' on Sunday!! Go 'Phins!!!!!

You should start Lavernous Coles because he will be facing a weak secondary(Detroit).

I've got Coles, and I'm definitely starting him against the Lions. It's hard to seperate "fantasy" and being a fan of the Dolphins, but I'm even thinking of starting Tiki Barber over Ricky this week, with LaDanian T. as my other starter. Hell, I'm going to the game and if Ricky goes off (probably will if I keep him on the pine) I will have to walk up to the nosebleed section and jump off the back of the stadium. Save CC for when Fiedler comes back. Try the attached link for a good FF message board.

I would also have to go with Coles. Chambers is a very good receiver but hasn't done too much fantasy wise this year. I've got him and Kevin Johnson in one league...they have both been pretty non-existant this year.
