I picked him up today for the following reasons:

* He's young, quick, and healthy. Duce and the Bus are none of the above.
* The Steelers' coaches are EXTREMELY high on the kid.
* I have Priest Holmes, Steven Jackson, and Larry Johnson in front of him.

Therefore, it is a move to strengthen the end of my bench. He's got at least one more start in him, and I see him taking most of Duce's carries even after he's healthy.

I picked him up about a week prior to opening kickoff...I liked what I saw of him in pre-season.

I picked him up on some advice (from here actually) for a really deep league and he payed dividends. I will probably keep him in this week as well. It was between him and Chris Brown. I chose wisely.

I tried to pick him up after watching Bettis get hurt and limp off the field. But I was on vacation and couldnt get to a computer. By the time I got to a computer someone had already snagged him and it worked out well for them.

I drafted Parker in a middle round we had a late draft. Bettis and Staley are always hurt and this guy did well in his only start last year. Paid off big so far with that huge week. My RB stable is crazy in a 12 team league. Edge, J. Lewis, Caddy, Parker, S. Davis, and Shipp. You can start 3 a week also so having Parker, Caddy, Edge week 1 = victory by a large margin.

I've had him for a while now and attempting to trade him for Priest Holmes since his value is in decline due to LJ's production.

II sure do wish that i have him on my FF team. I got Holmes, Dunn, Bettis, Barlow and Anderson at RB. Holmes and Dunn only did something for him last week.

I did bc Javon Walker freed up a roster spot.

i drafted him... initially as a return specialist, as i had read he would be returning kicks and my league starts individual return specialists (in addition to 11 IDP's weekly)... but also due to his performance in the preseason and at the tail end of last season, figuring he would see time at RB with ancient-and-injured starting in Pittsburgh. looks like i got the bonus plan.

oh, and the idiot in my league who drafted Jamal Lewis and Steven Davis (same guy, guess he likes to live dangerously) waited too long so i grabbed Chester Taylor and Deshaun Foster after locking up the backups to my starters. at the least those guys will be valuable trade bait at some point this season.

He was drafted in my league. I'm in a pretty good league and it's deep so we scramble for RB's late.
