my current roster:

qb mcnabb
rb holmes
rb lamont jordan
wr darrell jackson
wr drew bennett
wr ashley lelie
te wiggins
def dallas
pk shayne graham
ben fred taylor
ben tatum bell
ben dehaun foster
ben derrick mason
ben brees
ben reggie williams
ben travis taylor
ben ben troupe
ben michael jenkins
ben charles rogers

here's what's on the table: i trade mcnabb for jimmy smith, larry johnson, and matt hassellbeck. this sures up my holmes/LJ combo and gives me MUCH needed help at wr. admittedly, i take a hit at qb, but brees/hassellcrack combo(depending on schedule) isnt bad.

what do you think, again, this move could make or break my season. or am i being hasty?

I don't think IMO Jimmy Smith will stay hot. But all and all I do like the trade especially how Mcnabb looked Monday night but he was a great Fantasy QB last year B/c Philly don't rush the ball very much..

My philosophy in fantasy is never trade down, meaning I don't like to give up the best player in a trade. The difference between most guys scoring is very small, so when you have a high tier guy that performs sunstantially better than others at the position, I hold on. COnversely, I love building up depth and traging 2 good players for 1 better one.

I would say keep Donovan, though this situation is slightly tougher to call since tying LJ to Priest is huge.
