DOLPHINS FINISH DRAFT WITH ANOTHER DEFENSIVE BACK

FINS ADD DEPTH AT RUNNING BACK AND PUT CARPENTER ON NOTICE 
The Dolphins selected Florida running back Mike Gillislee and Florida kicker Caleb Sturgis late in the 5th round. Gillislee, at 5-11, 207 pounds will provide depth at the running back position behind Lamar Miller and Daniel Thomas. Sturgis, at 5-10, 188 pounds will compete with veteran kicker Dan Carpenter for the starting job. The Dolphins still have one more pick in the 7th round.

DOLPHINS ADD DEPTH AT LINEBACKER AND TIGHT END 
On Saturday the Dolphins selected Florida linebacker Jelani Jenkins and Michigan State tight end Dion Sims early in the 4th round. Jenkins, at 6-1, 243 pounds will provide depth at the linebacker position and could play on special teams in 2013. Sims, at 6-5, 262 pounds could see playing time opposite Dustin Keller this season and could be the blocking tight end the team has been searching for. The Dolphins still have two picks in the 5th round, and one pick in the 7th round.
