According to league sources, the Miami Dolphins have agreed to a contract with Michigan offensive linemane Jake Long.
Last year's first round selection, Jamarcus Russel, held out several weeks past the start of the regular season before agreeing to a record breaking deal worth $68 million. By signing Long before this weekend's draft, the Dolphins have gauranteed they will avoid similar circumstances. The contract is believed to be for 5 years and is worth $57 million with $30 million in gauranteed salary. A press conference is expected at 1:45: PM and will be aired on both NFL Network and the Official Miami Dolphins Website.
