With NBA training camps having opened on Tuesday, it's a good time to take a look at one major question each team faces heading into the start of the season. On Monday we began with the Western Conference. Today we'll take a run through the East:

Can Stan Van Gundy handle the egos?

With Jason Williams, Antoine Walker and James Posey joining Shaq and Dwyane Wade, Van Gundy figures to have his hands full keeping everybody happy. It won't help that the specter of team president Pat Riley will be hanging over the gym during training camp.
